General terms
By placing an order with Kasar Devi, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update them at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms apply to all purchases made through kasardevi.in.
Orders and payments
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Your card or UPI details are never stored by us.
Shipping and delivery
We ship across India. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances outside our control. See our Shipping page for full details.
Returns and refunds
If your order arrives damaged or you are unhappy with the product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund — no questions asked. See our Returns page for details.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, photography, and branding — is the property of Kasar Devi. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kasar Devi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
